In 1996 the Castro's founder Eric Kilbane opened the first Castro's location in the heart of Nashua New Hampshire. He had an idea to create a sanctuary where people could gather and smoke the finest handrolled cigars and enjoy the finest spirits. In 2005 he opened the Bedford location to expand on that dream. In 2025 Eric decided to share dream and turn over ownership of the Bedford location to Sebastian Rossino. Sebastian took that opportunity and hit the ground running. Being a cigar enthusiast Sebastian had many ideas for the shop. The shop was fully remodeled and a state of the art smoke removal system was installed. The number of cigar facings in the shop was dramatically increased as well as the selection of fine spirits. Sebastian grew up around cigars so it was no surprise that he himself became passionate about them. Passion quickly became obsession and he developed a dream to one day own a cigar lounge.
